This Tekla Structures plug-in shows how to insert a mark with defined text on a picked part in drawing. The mark automatically includes the profile of the picked part.

After downloading the TSOpenAPIExamples package from GitHub (button above), find InsertMarkPlugin example at \Drawings\Plugins\InsertMarkPlugin.
