ReinforcementGroupReinforcementCustomPosition Property

Defines the location of the reinforcement bar when using ReinforcementVisibility == ReinforcementVisibilityTypes.Customized. This location is a value between 0.0 and 1.0 and it defines the proportion from the reinforcement's start point.
