	PlacingQuarterAttributes	Creates a new placing quarter attributes instance. The default parameters are: TopLeft = true, TopRight = true, BottomLeft = true, BottomRight = true.
	PlacingQuarterAttributes(Boolean, Boolean, Boolean, Boolean)	Creates a new placing quarter attributes instance with the given parameters.
