Compares a string value with a Datatype.String value.

Public Shared Operator = (

Left: Type: SystemString
The string value to be compared.
Right: Type: Tekla.Structures.DatatypeString
The Datatype.String value to be compared.

Type: Boolean
True if the values are the same.
