Add a thumbnail image to your plug-in

Usually thumbnail images in the Applications & components catalog show you a typical situation where the component can be used.
To add a thumbnail for the plug-in:
- Create an image.
- Name it et_element_<pluginname>.
- Save it in .bmp format to ProgramData\Tekla Structures\<version>\bitmaps folder.
Note: If you are using an older version of Tekla Structures, the bitmaps folder may be located at Program Files\Tekla Structures\<version>\nt.
