RectangularCloud Constructor (ViewBase, Point, Point, RectangularCloudRectangularCloudAttributes)

Creates a new rectangle cloud instance with two points using the given attributes. Please note that creating a rectangular cloud using two points will re-calculate the start point to correspond with positive widths and heights.
