BoltCatalogStandardLinkedBoltCatalogSize Property

The BoltCatalogSize control linked to the BoltCatalogStandard control. Bolt catalog controls always need to be in pairs, meaning in every dialog there has to be a BoltCatalogStandard and a BoltCatalogSize control.
